ZSG Restaurant Manager's Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store.
Managing all expected key performance indicators i.e., financial & rostering.
Supervising & coaching team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience.
Deliver ZSG food quality & safety standards.
ZSG Restaurant Manager's Skills & Experience
Highly motivated natural leader who doesn’t hesitate to be hands on.
A passion for food and executing restaurant operations.
A positive 'can do' attitude.
Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced Restaurant Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred).
