What You’ll Be Doing

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering an exceptional Zeus Street Greek experience every day. Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations

• Managing key performance indicators including financials, labour, and rostering

• Leading, coaching, and developing your team

• Upholding ZSG’s high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

• A motivated and hands-on leader who leads by example

• Passionate about food, people, and exceptional guest experiences

• Positive, energetic, and solution-focused

• Skilled at building and motivating a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment

• Experienced in Restaurant Management (minimum 2 years preferred)
