At Zeus Street Greek, we’re on a growth journey — and we’re looking for a hands-on, people-first Area Manager to lead a portfolio of restaurants across Queensland.

This is a senior operational leadership role for someone who loves being in restaurants, developing leaders, and driving commercial performance — while playing a key role in new restaurant openings, local growth, and brand execution.

- Lead 10–15 restaurants across Queensland
- Coach and develop Restaurant Managers and leadership teams
- Own guest experience, food quality, speed, and standards
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Partner with Marketing on local area marketing and community engagement
- Lead new restaurant openings and stabilisation
- Be a visible leader who sets the standard every day

What you’ll be known for

- Building high-performing teams and strong succession pipelines
- Delivering consistent, world-class guest experiences
- Translating strategy into simple, executable plans
- Leading change with clarity, energy, and accountability
- Balancing commercial results with a strong people and culture focus

About you

You’re an experienced multi-site leader from QSR, hospitality, or retail who:
- Is guest-obsessed and detail driven
- Loves being on the floor, coaching and leading from the front
- Is commercially sharp and confident analysing performance
- Thrives in fast-paced, growing environments
- Builds trust, accountability, and strong relationships
